How payouts work

Buyer pays
At checkout the buyer's payment is held by Metibuy (escrow). You see it as “pending” in your dashboard.

You ship
Confirm shipment from the order — once a rider picks up, status moves to “in transit.”

Buyer confirms
The buyer marks the order delivered, or 48 hours after delivery the order auto-confirms. Funds become “available.”
- 4
We pay out
On the next Tuesday or Friday, your available balance is sent to your registered mobile money or bank account.
