Orders & shipping
Most orders inside Accra arrive next-day. Anywhere else in Ghana takes 2–5 working days. Express options are visible at checkout for a small fee.
Returns & exchanges
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. A few categories (intimates, perishables, custom orders) are non-returnable — those are flagged on the product page.
Payments & billing
Mobile money (MTN, AirtelTigo, Telecel), Visa, Mastercard, and cash on delivery for orders under ₵500 in Accra.
Buyer protection
Every order is covered. Your payment is held by us — not paid out to the seller — until you confirm the item arrived and is what was listed. If something is off, we step in.
