What to expect when your order ships, and how to send it back if it's not quite right.
Sellers prepare orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times below are estimates counted from the day your seller ships. Weekends and public holidays don't count.

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Request a return
Open the order in your account, tap Return item, and pick a reason. A rider is scheduled to pick up within 24–48 hours.
We inspect
Once the item is back with the seller we check it matches what was shipped. Most inspections finish within 1–2 working days.
Refund issued
Mobile money refunds settle the same day. Card refunds take 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
